Our Story

MAS.E.MO Pizza is collaborative work between Canada’s Best Pizza Chef, Massimo Capra, and Canada’s Best Lebanese Restaurant in town, Paramount Fine Foods. MAS is an abbreviation for Massimo, and MO is an abbreviation for Mohamad Fakih, the founder of Paramount Fine Foods. Together they have created a fusion of Italian Pizza, and Manakeesh (مناقيش). Each Pizza is crafted to perfection, created with the best fresh ingredients, so much so, that it would want you to come back again and again!

Massimo Capra

Massimo Capra is an award-winning Chef, and owner of Boccone Trattoria Veloce and Boccone Pronto at Pearson airport in Toronto and Soprafino Restaurant at Hamad International Airport in Doha Qatar. He is known for his appearances on Global’s The Morning Show, and Food Network shows, Restaurant Makeover, Chopped: Canada, Top Chef Canada, and Wall of Chefs

Mohamad Fakih

Mohamad Fakih is a Lebanese-Canadian businessperson, community leader, and philanthropist. A founder of the Middle Eastern Halal restaurant chain, Paramount Fine Foods, Mr. Fakih has become equally well known for his charitable work, philanthropy, and community service through the Fakih Foundation.
